Bohuš Získal

Bohus has extensive experience in creating, processing and managing audio-visual content. He worked as TV graphics designer and SFX specialist for U.P.P. and Czech Television, Later he has specialised more on AV technologies and participated in the design and delivery of solutions for television and radio stations both within the Czech Republic and abroad. He is currently focusing on the long-term preservation of multimedia content, in cooperation with CESNET and the Institute of Intermedia, he participates in various research projects supported within the NAKI programme. He also closely collaborates with the Music Information Center. At the same time, he writes articles for technical magazines and participates in various art projects in technical and creative roles. An important part of his activities is education, he is teaching at Prague College and he gave lectures at Charles University, the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design, the FAMU and the CTU FEL.
